Action, as part of its on-going operation, requests recipients of its services
to provide information regarding their energy needs. This is done by completing
questionnaires of 78 questions. The information gathered is assembled into
a database. This information is examined and accurate profiles of domestic
energy consumption are provided. All the information acquired from the clients
is treated confidentially.At the moment Energy Action is the only company in Ireland carrying out this type of household survey.
